THE LONDON PRACTICE
Psychotherapy and Coaching
About my work
The trust and confidentiality experienced in the counselling relationship can be the foundation for personal change. As a Humanistic counsellor, my aim is to support your use of agency to find ways forward. We may clarify a situation and the feelings around it and explore different perspectives to find a process that best suits you.
Training and background
My Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and BSc(Hons) in Reflective Therapeutic Practice was attained via The Metanoia Institute and validated by Middlesex University. I have been working with clients for 6 years including 2 years experience with NHS patients.
As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I abide by their Code of Ethics.
Availability and session information
I work at our Regent Street practice on Wednesday mornings from 7am to 2pm giving you the opportunity for mid-week support. The session is 50 minutes long and the fee is £70.
We will meet initially to discuss your reasons for coming to therapy and to address any questions you may have. If you decide to continue, I recommend contracting for a minimum period of 6 weeks, which is often considered as short term work.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or text 07980 667 258 to arrange an initial assessment session.
You can also find me on the Counselling Directory.
