About my work
When you come to therapy, you may feel that your ways of coping are no longer working for you. You may be experiencing vague dissatisfaction or a desire for something more in your life. You could be feeling anxiety about the future or pain from past events. Whatever you are currently experiencing, coming to therapy is a brave step. I want to meet you where you are and welcome what you bring.
In psychotherapy, we will try to create space where it is safe for us to explore your experience in order to discover what is happening for you and how you may be getting stuck. By doing this we can begin to create more choices for you to move forward.
Background and training
I have eight years’ experience working with individuals in a range of settings including the NHS, low-cost services and private practice.
I am currently in the final stage of completing my MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute (Middlesex University).
Previous to my work as a psychotherapist, I worked as a consultant for team development and leadership coaching, and I continue to work in this field as well.
It is important to me that you find the right therapist for you. To see if we are a good fit for each other and answer any questions about the process you may have, I offer a free assessment session in which we can explore your reasons for coming to therapy and give you a sense of working with me.
If we then work together, the session fee is £65 per session. Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy.
Locations and availability
I practice at Linen Hall on Regent Street (W1) on Mondays from morning until mid afternoon and on Tuesdays from mid afternoon to evening. Please email me for current availability.
